to invite foreign specialists or business persons to Russia in a short time by registering and receiving the Visas and Invitations for their visit;
to invite and employ officially foreign personnel by registering the Employment and Work Permission, in accordance with the current Russian laws;
to select foreign personnel, in particular, by means of the new selecting technologies and Staff Leasing system;
